1. Who we are

876BOX Trading is a Jamaica-registered business, operating in connection with 876BOX Ltd (registered in England and Wales, Companies House 16469030). References to "876BOX," "we," or "us" mean either or both entities as the context requires.

2. What we do

876BOX arranges air freight shipments from Jamaica to the United Kingdom via Caribbean Airlines Cargo, including booking, export documentation coordination, and UK customs clearance. We are a freight forwarder — we coordinate transport and paperwork; we do not manufacture, sell, or take ownership of the goods you ship unless separately agreed.

3. Your responsibilities

• You confirm that the description, weight, and value you provide for your shipment are complete and accurate, and match the actual contents.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your shipment does not contain any prohibited or restricted item (see Section 4).
• You are responsible for packing your shipment to a standard that will not damage other cargo or fail carrier acceptance.
• You agree to provide accurate identification and contact details as part of our verification process.

4. Prohibited items

We do not accept, and you must not attempt to ship, any of the following: illegal drugs or narcotics; weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives; counterfeit goods; cash, currency, or banknotes; live animals; tobacco or cigarettes; or any item illegal to export from Jamaica or import into the United Kingdom. Agricultural, plant, or herbal items require separate permits and inspection before they can be accepted.

5. Liability and indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold 876BOX harmless against any fines, penalties, legal costs, seizures, or claims arising from an inaccurate declaration or a prohibited item in your shipment. 876BOX reserves the right to refuse, delay, inspect, or report any shipment it reasonably believes may violate these terms or applicable law.

6. Data and cooperation with authorities

By using 876BOX, you consent to us sharing your verification and shipment data with Jamaica Customs, UK Border Force, HMRC, our carrier, or other relevant authorities where required by law or where we reasonably believe a shipment may be unlawful. See our Privacy Policy for further detail.

7. Pricing and payment

Prices shown before booking are estimates based on the information you provide and current freight rates, and are confirmed at the point of booking. Final charges may differ if the actual weight, dimensions, or declared value of your shipment differ from what was provided.

8. Limitation of liability

876BOX's liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to what is recoverable from our carrier and any cargo insurance arranged for your shipment, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of 876BOX after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
