Jamaica Post Protection
Cover for the parcels your business sends to the UK with Jamaica Post EMS. Register your business and we'll take you through it, with the price and full policy wording before you decide anything.
For businesses only.
How it works
- Register your business and tell us what you're sending to the UK.
- We send you the price and the full policy wording, so you know exactly what's covered.
- You post the parcel at a Jamaica Post counter as normal.
- Keep your posting receipt and tracking number.
What you'll need at the post office
- A valid government-issued ID (voters' ID, driver's licence or passport)
- Your TRN
- Full name, address and phone or email for you and for the person receiving the parcel
- An unsealed parcel — it's checked at the counter first
Jamaica Post's EMS page lists up to 1.5 m in any one dimension and up to 20 kg, depending on the destination. Goods going overseas also need a customs declaration, completed through Jamaica Post's Customs Declaration System. Requirements can change, so please check with your post office.
Before you decide
You'll always see the price, what's covered and how claims work before you agree to anything.
